Wellness Wednesdays Continue at G.T. Bray Park with Free Senior Health Workshop
As part of the ongoing celebration of September as Healthy Aging Month, G.T. Bray Park in Bradenton is hosting a special event for local seniors next week. On Wednesday, September 25th, at 11:00 a.m., the community is invited to attend a free wellness workshop titled *Healthy Aging: Senior Lifestyle, Injury Prevention, and Overall Wellness*.
The workshop will be held in the park’s Movie Room and led by Megan Hawkins, R.N., from Outreach Services and Education. Attendees will learn practical tips and strategies to improve their overall health, prevent injuries, and live longer, more fulfilling lives.
The event is part of the park's popular Wellness Wednesdays program, which aims to promote healthy living and active lifestyles for seniors in the community. To register for the event, visit the official registration page at https://bit.ly/WellnessWednesdayLifestylePreventionAndWel.
