Swordfish Grill, located in Cortez, was selected by the network’s food writers for its dedication to locally sourced seafood and its scenic waterfront setting. The restaurant was praised for offering a relaxed atmosphere with stunning views and an authentic taste of Old Florida charm.

Known for its fresh catches, the menu features options such as black grouper, American red snapper, and pompano, expertly prepared by grilling, frying, or blackening. Guests can enjoy the restaurant’s open-air patio, tiki bar with live music, and indoor dining area overlooking the open kitchen.
