The Radiant Dance Collective (RDC), the talented competition team from Star Academy of Dance, is ready to dazzle the local community with their artistry and skill during their annual Time to Shine showcase. The event will occur on Sunday, January 19, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Manatee School for the Arts.
