Manatee County Student Athletes Earn Top Academic Honors in the State

Two exceptional teams from Manatee County have been recognized for their academic excellence in the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Academic Team Champions for Fall 2024-2025.

The Lakewood Ranch High School Girls Swimming Team and the Parrish Community High School Indoor Volleyball Team have achieved the highest team GPAs in the state, showcasing athletic skill and outstanding academic commitment.

This recognition highlights the dedication of these student-athletes to excel both in their respective sports and the classroom, bringing pride to their schools and community.
