Manatee County Opens Applications for Fiscal Year 2026 Human Services Funding
Manatee County is now accepting applications for its Fiscal Year 2026 funding cycle to support programs that benefit local residents. The funding, available through the Public Safety Department and the Community and Veteran’s Services Department, aims to address critical community needs.
Funding Focus Areas
Public Safety: Healthcare, Behavioral and Mental Health, Homelessness
Community & Veteran’s Services: Early Care & Education, Food & Shelter, Mental & Physical Health, Stabilizing Families, Youth Development, and more.
Eligibility Requirements
Organizations applying for funding must:
Serve Manatee County residents.
Be registered as a Florida corporation.
Hold 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
Provide proof of adequate insurance.
Submit financial audits conducted by a certified independent auditor.
