The new restaurant is owned by Bradenton resident Michael Lehan, a former NFL defensive back who played six seasons with the Miami Dolphins, Cleveland Browns, and New Orleans Saints. With its signature slogan, "It’s a Southern Thang," The Peach Cobbler Factory offers a variety of cobblers, banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, and other indulgent treats.
