Feld Entertainment Appoints Juliette Feld Grossman as New CEO
Feld Entertainment, Inc., the world’s largest privately-owned live entertainment company and located in Palmetto, has announced that Juliette Feld Grossman will become the third CEO in the company’s 57-year history, marking the third generation of Feld family leadership. Stephen Yaros, Senior Vice President of Global Media and Supercross, has been promoted to President of Feld Entertainment. Kenneth Feld will continue to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors.
As CEO, Grossman will lead the company and explore new opportunities for growth. Having joined the company in 2010, she most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. Grossman has played a key role in transforming Monster Jam into a global franchise and has overseen production development for Disney On Ice and the revival of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey.
"I am honored to take on this role and build upon the strong foundation and legacy established by my father and grandfather. I work with a remarkable team of associates, and together, we will continue to bring joy to our fans worldwide and position our company for the future,” said Grossman.
Kenneth Feld, who has led Feld Entertainment for over four decades, first joined the family business in 1970. He expressed confidence in the new leadership team: “We are in a strong position to implement this leadership transition for the future of Feld Entertainment as the past two years have been the most successful in our company’s history. I am confident that the extraordinary leadership and vision of Juliette, Steve, and our senior executive team will continue to produce exceptional results for the organization.”
Stephen Yaros, now President, has been with Feld Entertainment since 1990, holding various roles in event marketing and sales, corporate communications, media monetization, and digital marketing. In recent years, he has managed the company’s media rights negotiations and expanded scripted and unscripted content for all Feld Entertainment properties. Yaros also oversees Supercross operations and was instrumental in launching the 31-round SuperMotocross World Championship, broadcast on Peacock and in over 130 countries.
The company acknowledges the contributions of Mike Shannon, who served as President for 18 years. Shannon played a crucial role in fostering collaboration and teamwork across the organization, integrating Feld’s acquisitions of Supercross and Monster Jam, and developing Feld Entertainment Studios, the company’s 47-acre complex in Palmetto, Florida.
Executive Vice Presidents Nicole Feld and Alana Feld will continue to serve on the Board of Directors, providing strategic direction for the company’s major initiatives.
