Manatee County officials have announced that all designated storm shelters are open and equipped to accommodate both residents and their pets. With plenty of space available, residents are encouraged to head to their nearest shelter for safety during the storm. All shelters are pet-friendly, providing a secure environment for both individuals and their furry companions.
